The Journal “Nuclear Power and the Environment” adheres to the principles of open access to the results of scientific research and provides free access to published materials in order to promote the dissemination of scientific knowledge, the development of scientific communication and the integration of Ukrainian science into the international scientific community.
Open Access
All articles after publication are placed in open access on the official website of the Journal. Users have the right to read, download, copy, distribute, print or refer to the full texts of articles for free without prior permission from the Editorial Office or authors, provided that the source is properly cited.
Open access to Journal materials is carried out in accordance with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).
Copyright
Authors retain copyright to their scientific works. Submission of an article to the Journal means the consent of the author(s) to its publication in the Journal and placement in open access on the publication’s website.
The authors guarantee that the submitted manuscript is original, has not been previously published and is not under consideration in another scientific publication.
In case of using copyrighted materials (illustrations, tables, text fragments, etc.) in the article, the authors must obtain appropriate permissions from the copyright holders.
Licensing
Published materials are distributed under the CC BY 4.0 open access license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.uk). The license allows the use, distribution and reproduction of materials provided that the authors and the source of the publication are properly cited.
Archiving and preservation
All issues of the Journal and individual articles are stored in an electronic archive on the publication’s website. The Journal ensures long-term preservation of published materials and their accessibility to the scientific community.
