Анотація
Зроблено огляд літератури щодо емісії цезію під час лабораторного спалювання забрудненої біомаси та представлено результати порівняння емісії 137Cs при горінні та тлінні, отримані авторами. Зразок лісової підстилки, зібраної в Чорнобильській зоні відчуження, спалювали в спеціально сконструйованій печі в режимах полум’я і тління. Під час полум’яного спалювання на аерозольному фільтрі було зареєстровано 8,4 % активності 137Cs, тоді як під час тління з іншої частини того ж зразка в повітря було вивільнено менше 1 %. Результат добре узгоджується з відомими літературними даними і демонструє сильну залежність викидів 137Cs від режиму горіння. Виявлені розбіжності в літературних даних щодо коефіцієнтів емісії можуть бути обумовлені різницею в дисперсному складі досліджуваних фракцій диму, а також використанням дещо некоректної методики визначення активності емісії по залишковій активності золи, при якій всі втрати активності в ході експерименту автоматично відносяться до емісії з димом. Зроблено висновок, що за різних початкових умов лісової пожежі коефіцієнти емісії 137Cs навіть для однієї і тієї ж ділянки лісу можуть суттєво відрізнятися.
